We're Hiring: Hedge Fund Associate

MOA, Pasay | 5PM-2AM (Mid shift) | Hybrid (2-4x RTO a month)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate accounting data, NAVs, reconciliations, and reports for assigned fund portfolios.

  • Ensure high-quality, timely client deliverables; perform self-reviews and resolve

discrepancies.

  • Reconcile cash, securities, broker statements, expenses, accruals, and investor

allocations.

  • Complete month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statements, SOC controls, and audit support.

  • Respond promptly to client, audit, and tax queries; escalate issues when needed.

  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of funds, securities, and applicable accounting standards.

  • Assist with audit liaison, regulatory support, and preparation of supporting schedules.

  • Track time accurately, meet deadlines, and support team initiatives and projects.

  • Proactively identify issues, suggest process improvements, and contribute to

engagement planning.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and collaboration in all internal and client

interactions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of Fund Accounting experience in handling Hedge Funds

  • Accounting degree

  • Good communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • International experience

  • Exposure to alternative investment industry
