Job Description:

Recruitment Assistant is responsible for a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. From sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing the selection process, you will be responsible for building a talented workforce that will contribute to our company's success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Works collaboratively within the HR team and the business to clearly understand and respond to the talent acquisition needs of the organization.
  • Handles full lifecycle recruitment of the assigned business unit, with a focus sourcing and hiring for technical/niche positions.
  • Recruits and places best fit personnel based on approved workforce plan within published service delivery standards. Prepares assessment reports on shortlisted candidates using various psychometrics and targeted selection interview results
  • Contributes to policy development in recruitment by providing analysis and research support. Implements approved policies and programs with minimal guidance.
  • Innovate and implement effective sourcing and assessment techniques to attract and filter the right candidates.
  • Build networks to find qualified candidates
  • Updating and monitoring of Manpower reports and updates to show the Fill In Rate progress
  • Responsible in coordinating with the hiring managers to determine vacancies and job duties to be filled
  • Preparing contracts and communicating all onboarding documents to new employees.
  • Process Background Checks.
  • Maintains and tracks requirements of newly on-boarded employees.
  • Work with the team to achieve goals and hiring requirements.
  • Other tasks as may be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


• Bachelor's Degree in BS/AB Psychology or BSBA Major in HRDM, or equivalent.


• With at least 1 years' experience in Recruitment


• Experience in Construction Industry and RPm License is a plus.


• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality


• Strong knowledge of recruitment or training processes and procedures


• Excellent oral / written communication skills, people development skills, presentations skills, and analytical skills
