Job Purpose:

Provider network expansion and retention, relationship management and secure discounts with the accredited medical providers in Iloilo.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Iloilo accreditation of healthcare providers

  2. Scouting of prospective providers

  3. Represents iCare in Iloilo meetings
  4. Conducts physical/virtual orientation related to procedures, program features and answer inquiries of the healthcare personnel.
  5. Conducts individual accreditation of doctors when necessary.
  6. Visits accredited providers and for accreditation in Iloilo
  7. Negotiate with providers for discounts, packages and rates.
  8. Review line up of Specialists per accredit facility and accredit if not available.
  9. Endorses to the PMD Head reviewed Provider MOA for approval.

2.  Retention of Iloilo network

  1. Collaborates with PMD-Head for the provider partnership renewal.
  2. Conducts accreditation renewal of doctors and facilities when necessary.

3. Updating of the Iloilo network

  1. Encodes in the system the newly accredited healthcare providers.
  2. Updates the system for any changes in the roster of accredited healthcare providers.
  3. Ensure information integrity of the Iloiloaccredited providers in the database.
  4. Ensures annual submission of provider requirements (LTO, Pricelist, etc).
  5. Upload and maintain the Iloilo network files in SharePoint.

4. Report

6.1 Provides Iloilonetwork report every end of the month.

6.2 Monitor and creates a tracker of the Iloiloaccreditation request coming from google form and replies to the requestor every 3 days until Agreement is signed.

6.3 Request and reviews IT extracted accredited network and endorse for website uploading.

6.4 Monitor implementation and provides discount reports every month.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider network management or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare accreditation provider relationship build up
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, report preparation, and system oversight.
