What Your Day Looks Like:

Processing customer information through chat, email, and internal tools

Entering and updating data with high accuracy and attention to detail

Reviewing customer records to ensure information is complete and error-free

Handling inquiries via chat or email, providing clear and timely responses

Checking, verifying, and organizing documents for account updates or requests

What We're Looking For:

High school graduates (old curriculum), ALS passers, fresh grads welcome

No call center experience? No problem — we'll train you.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila

Career shifters and experienced CSR agents are welcome.
