• Address and resolve customer complaints, travel disruptions, and other challenges that may arise during the booking or travel process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of booking platforms, travel regulations, and industry trends.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure all data is handled in compliance with data protection regulations.
