High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Work Experience
1–3 years of experience in an office or administrative role
- Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, scanners)
Prior experience using scheduling software or office management tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace)
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service orientation and a professional demeanor
- Multitasking ability and time management
Basic bookkeeping or recordkeeping skills (for some roles)
Technical Proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
