  2. High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  3. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

  4. Work Experience

  5. 1–3 years of experience in an office or administrative role

  6. Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, scanners)
  7. Prior experience using scheduling software or office management tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace)

  8. Skills & Competencies

  9. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  11. Customer service orientation and a professional demeanor
  12. Multitasking ability and time management
  13. Basic bookkeeping or recordkeeping skills (for some roles)

  14. Technical Proficiency

  15. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  16. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
