ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Teleconsult/counseling for people in multiple countries like Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Australia.
  • Promote mental health with the members.
  • Intake line supports multiple languages, global is expected to support only English/PHL calls.
  • Interacts with members with diverse ethnicities across the world
  • The process is not limited to calls intake, but also involves referral to In-country affiliate partners for face-to-face consult.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a PRC license for Psychologist (RPsy)
    or
    Guidance Counselor (RGC).
  • With at least
    3 years of experience in handling psycho traumatic cases required
  • With 3 years solid clinical experience required
  • Should be amenable to report onsite and is willing to commit for full time employment
