Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records (in/out)
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stocks
  • Track, monitor, and update stock levels daily
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness in stockroom/storage areas
  • Coordinate with Sales/Store team for stock replenishment requests
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts; report variances
  • Prepare and file inventory documents (DR, pull-out forms, etc.)
  • Ensure proper item labeling, storage, and categorization
  • Assist in stock movement (transfer, pull-out, delivery preparation)
  • Report damaged, missing, or low-stock item
  • Support month-end inventory reporting
  • Follow company inventory procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications

  • College graduate preferred; Senior High School graduate accepted
  • Experience in inventory, warehouse, or retail is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Physically fit and able to lift/store boxes when needed
  • Willing to work onsite and flexible schedule when required
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
