Responsibilities
- Processed local wire and check payments to trade and non-trade vendors.
- Processed payments to employees.
- Real time updating OR in SAP system. Follow up vendor for their pending receipt.
- Preparation of various reports monthly - unreleased / staled checks/ JV's/perform bank recon for bank account in peso.
- Handles inquiries internal and external thru phone and email with regards to payments.
Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of Bs Accountancy/Management/Banking & Finance & Other Related 4 Years Business Related Course, Fresh Graduates are Welcome.
- Internal Hiring with Sap Background is an Advantage.
- Computer Literate with Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal Relationship.
