Responsibilities

  • Processed local wire and check payments to trade and non-trade vendors.
  • Processed payments to employees.
  • Real time updating OR in SAP system. Follow up vendor for their pending receipt.
  • Preparation of various reports monthly - unreleased / staled checks/ JV's/perform bank recon for bank account in peso.
  • Handles inquiries internal and external thru phone and email with regards to payments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bs Accountancy/Management/Banking & Finance & Other Related 4 Years Business Related Course, Fresh Graduates are Welcome.
  • Internal Hiring with Sap Background is an Advantage.
  • Computer Literate with Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal Relationship.
