Job function

  • Ensure all construction works follow approved plans, standards, and regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, work quality, and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Identify and resolve construction issues that may affect timelines or quality.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, and daily site reports.
  • Communicate project updates and concerns to management and clients.
  • Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are used efficiently on-site.

Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree or equivalent certification
  • Experience in project management, project engineering, or project planning
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and policies, to ensure that the best standards for a project are met
  • Experience in field management
  • Up-to-date Civil Engineer license
  • Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, Lumens, MS. Office
  • Experience with database design and development
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve with innovative and creative thinking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of safety management

Job summary

Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising construction projects to ensure they are completed according to design standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
