Inviting applications for the role of Senior RPA Engineer

In this role, you will lead automation initiatives and mentor junior developers to foster their growth. You will ensure best practices in bot development and deployment, driving efficiency and innovation within the team.

Responsibilities

·       Lead design and development of RPA solutions.

·       Mentor junior RPA developers.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation strategy.

·       Ensure compliance with governance and security standards.

·       Conduct code reviews and performance optimization.

·       Develop and maintain RPA bots using UIPath or Power Automate.

·       Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements.

·       Perform bot testing and deployment.

·       Monitor bot performance and resolve issues.

·       Maintain documentation for automation processes.

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

·       Relevant years of experience in RPA development.

·       Expertise in UIPath or Power Automate and other RPA tools.

·       Strong leadership and communication skills.

·       Experience in enterprise-level automation projects.

·       Proficiency in Python, or other scripting languages.

·       Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.

·       RPA Tools: Priority – UIPath or Power Automate; Optional – Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.

·       Scripting Languages: Priority – PowerShell or Python; Optional – Bash.

·       Automation & CI/CD Tools: Priority – Selenium; Optional – Ansible or Jenkins.

·       Version Control: Priority – Git; Optional – Bitbucket or Stash.

·       Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

·       Certification in UIPath or Power Automate is a plus.
