Description The Digital Adoption Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing WalkMe solutions to enhance user experience and streamline business processes. This role involves managing digital adoption projects from start to finish, engaging with stakeholders, and continuously improving digital adoption strategies to support business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the WalkMe platform, excellent technical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement advanced WalkMe solutions to enhance user experience, including the development and deployment of custom content using features such as automation, field validation, and ActionBots.
  • Lead digital adoption projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
  • Provide support to the user base by resolving support tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Stay current with WalkMe trends, platform enhancements, and integrations to identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain an understanding of CCM's business processes and IT platforms to ensure alignment between adoption initiatives and company goals.
  • Partner with WalkMe Support and internal teams to configure systems for new features, tracking, accessibility, and other custom developments.
  • Analyze user engagement data to identify patterns, generate insights, and prepare actionable reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to identify digital adoption needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and providing guidance on WalkMe solution design.
  • Ensure quality assurance (QA) by testing published content in test and production environments to validate performance and accuracy.
  • Document thoroughly within the WalkMe Editor, providing detailed notes on steps, engagements, and rules to support transparency and future updates.
  • Maintain accurate project tracking in the project management system, including deliverables, sub-tasks, change requests, and time logs.
  • Develop and monitor reports on user adoption metrics, engagement rates, and behavior analytics using WalkMe tracking features.
  • Manage and resolve WalkMe service tickets in accordance with standard response times and service-level expectations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Education & Experience:
  • Experience working with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms is a plus.
  • Programming bootcamp or coding experience preferred (knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript a plus).
  • Experience applying or managing chatbots is an advantage.
Technical & Professional Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
