NPI Engineer

NPI Engineer to lead and execute the transition of new hardware products from design to mass production. This role is critical in building prototypes with R&D, defining product components, managing BOMs, setting up and maintaining Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) infrastructure, setting up production line, define quality requirements to ensuring high-quality, scalable manufacturing processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead new product introduction projects from concept to production
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability
• Conduct design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) reviews
• Develop and document manufacturing processes and work instructions
• Coordinate pilot builds and analyse results for process improvements
• Identify and mitigate production risks early in the development cycle
• Work with suppliers to ensure component readiness and quality
• Support tooling and equipment selection and validation
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering
• Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and process validation
• Experience with DFM/DFA principles and tools
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering documentation
• Must be knowledgeable with Heatsink and Thermal Cooling system operation
• Ability to do testing / troubleshooting on Heatsink and Thermal cooling system
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
