About the role

This is a full-time role based in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila at Top Gadget Phoneshop, a leading electronics retail company. As an Audit Staff, you will play a crucial part in the company's financial oversight and compliance efforts, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting comprehensive audits of the company's financial records, transactions, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  2. Analysing financial data, identifying potential discrepancies or areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to management
  3. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any audit findings and implement corrective actions
  5. Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices
  6. Providing support and guidance to other team members as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in external auditing or a similar role
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations
