UpraisIT is Looking for Social Media Specialist - VIRTUAL ASSISTANT Onsite (Part time)

  • Rate: Php 15,000 monthly salary
  • Working Schedule:
  • Shift: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Manila Time - 4 hours a day duty)
  • 5 days work week

JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Social Media - Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and has a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. As a Virtual Assistant, you will help streamline workflows, ensure timely task completion, and enhance overall team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and organize files and documents.
  • Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with various team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and update task trackers or project management tools.
  • Provide general administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Undergraduates in any related field (Business Administration, Communications, etc.)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • preferably with experience with Capcut or any editing software (using Canva to create digital visuals) is REQUIRED
  • Video editing
  • Know how to use Meta & manage Social Media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Instagram
  • With experience in a ​​Shopify / Kajabi is a plus
  • Using chatgpt for content creation (written)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with task management tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack is a plus.
  • Experience working in or with Dubai and New Zealand time zones is an advantage.
