HR Specialist

Job Summary

Philfund Teacher Small Loans Corporation, a lending company serving DepEd public school teachers with loans and cash advances, is seeking an organized and people-focused HR Specialist. The HR Specialist will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role plays a key part in building a positive workplace culture, ensuring effective HR processes, and supporting the growth and development of both employees and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and promoting a healthy workplace environment.
• Assist in developing and monitoring performance appraisal systems.
• Coordinate employee training, development programs, and team-building activities.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and other employee-related transactions.
• Provide HR support and guidance to management and staff.
• Assist in payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
