Responsible in transporting employees and stakeholders to their destinations, and/or delivering documents, supplies and equipment to its recipients in an efficient, safe and timely manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Driving employees and stakeholder/s timely and safely to their destination. Assisting passengers in loading and unloading their baggage, materials, paraphernalia and the likes.
  • Maintaining the company vehicles clean and safe. Providing recommendation with regards to the maintenance of company vehicles. Ensure that Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) are monitored and executed on a timely basis.
  • Regularly inspecting the company vehicle in order to identify mechanical issues or defects that may cause accidents and operational downtime. Report the defects and damages to the Administration Officer.
  • Delivering of documents, materials and equipment to the recipients.
  • Monitoring of the trip tickets and preparing reports on the distribution of gasoline expenses per department use. Preparing requests for payment for the billing of the fuel suppliers.
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of bidding documents.
  • Assisting in the upkeeping of Administration and Logistics stock room.
  • Performing other related tasks and activities which may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Driver's License with no traffic violations
  • At least 2nd year college level is preferred, but high school graduates are welcome to apply
  • At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred
  • Safe and excellent driving skills
  • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations
  • Working knowledge of local roads and routes
  • Ability to utilize maps, GPS systems and car manuals
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond to management directions
  • Punctual, respectful and reliable
  • Willing to start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,127.92 per month
