Key Duties:
- Clean, inspect, and repair aircon units (split type, window type, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and fix HVAC system issues
- Assist with basic electrical and plumbing tasks
- Monitor and operate building equipment like pumps and generators
- Respond to service requests from tenants or building staff
Qualifications:
- Vocational or technical course graduate (HVAC, Electrical, or related)
- NCII Training is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in aircon maintenance
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Troubleshoot and fix HVAC system issues
- Assist with basic electrical and plumbing tasks
- Monitor and operate building equipment like pumps and generators
- Respond to service requests from tenants or building staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php21,000.00 per month
