Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
  • Conduct physical, visual, and sensory checks on products and packaging.
  • Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and sanitation practices on the production floor.
  • Assist in checking and recording temperatures, weights, expiration dates, and product labeling.
  • Document inspection results accurately and report any deviations or non-conformities.
  • Support quality audits, product sampling, and laboratory tests when needed.
  • Report quality issues to the QA Supervisor or QA Manager for corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements (HACCP, FDA, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or any related science course.
  • No work experience required; training will be provided.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and in a factory environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willing to start at minimum wage (₱560/day – Cavite rate).
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control is a plus.
