About the Role:

Elite Virtual Assistance (EVA) is hiring Insurance Customer Service Representatives to join our growing in-office team in Cebu City. You'll support a U.S.-based insurance agency that specializes in car and home insurance, handling inbound calls from customers with professionalism, empathy, and precision.

Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call — turning challenging situations into positive ones and earning Google reviews for your service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from insurance customers (auto and home policies)
  • Provide top-tier support, resolving inquiries with empathy and accuracy
  • Deliver service that encourages customers to leave positive Google reviews
  • Document all interactions and updates in the CRM with flawless attention to detail
  • Collaborate with peers and team leaders to continuously improve service quality

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong customer service background with proven professionalism
  • High attention to detail — zero tolerance for errors in documentation
  • Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle challenging calls gracefully
  • Previous experience in insurance, call centers, or U.S. client accounts is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in Cebu IT Park during U.S. hours (9AM–6PM EST)
