We are looking for an experienced Record to Report Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will provide advanced RTR process expertise, support complex accounting operations, and ensure timely and accurate month-end close. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting, and proven leadership capabilities in a BPO or shared services setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Provide RTR process guidance and subject matter expertise to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and controls.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve RTR processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred), Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including:

  • General Accounting

  • BPO/Shared Services environment
  • Strong RTR process knowledge (journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close).
  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis expertise.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS is a plus.
  • Leadership background is a plus.
