The Process Engineer will support all manufacturing requirements by monitoring and controlling methods and processes in the production. In addition, they perform continuous process improvement by introducing new materials, processes, tools, and jigs / fixtures that will increase yield or reduce labor time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
  • Must be Engineering Graduate (BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Industrial Engineering and other related Engineering courses.)
  • With working experience is a plus
  • With knowledge in problem analysis tools: Fishbone Analysis, DMAIC, FMEA, etc.
  • Proficient in written, and verbal communication
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
  • Keen observant and rational thinker.
  • Knowledgeable on MS Office particularly Excel, MS word and Power point
  • Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao/ Calamba, Laguna.
