  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals.

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.

  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.

  • Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.

  • Identify training needs, plan, and oversee employee development programs.

  • Prepare and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with data privacy laws.

  • Monitor HR metrics (turnover rate, absenteeism, recruitment efficiency) and provide reports to management.

  • Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning strategies.

  • Oversee health, safety, and welfare programs in the workplace.

  • Coordinate compliance audits and government reporting requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement retention strategies.

  • Implement and promote Kaizen principle of continuous improvement, ensuring HR processes, policies, and workplace practices are regularly reviewed and enhanced to support employee growth and organizational success.
