Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Power BI and SQL to join our client delivery team at Cybalink Solutions, supporting an international client in the mining, energy or oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering business intelligence requirements, developing data models, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a passion for turning data into impactful business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather reporting and business insight requirements directly from stakeholders.
  • Design and build data models that turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • Cleanse and import data from cloud and on-premise sources.
  • Develop tabular and multidimensional models using Power BI and SQL.
  • Write and execute DAX queries/functions.
  • Create compelling dashboards and visual reports using Power BI Desktop.
  • Manage premium Power BI workspaces and associated applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs meet business objectives.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from the client and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Power BI and SQL.
  • Exposure to systems like IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System) and DFTM (Driver Fatigue and Traffic Monitoring)
  • Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and MS Office.
  • Exposure to Power Automate / Power Apps is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City

    (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
