Key Responsibilities

  • Inspections - Conduct regular checks of facilities, equipment, and machinery to identify potential issues or required repairs.
  • Repairs - Perform a wide range of repairs, which may include fixing plumbing, addressing electrical issues, repairing fixtures, or patching walls and painting.
  • Preventive Maintenance - Carry out routine tasks such as lubricating machinery, changing filters, and servicing equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Equipment Installation - Install new equipment and appliances as needed.
  • Record Keeping - Document all maintenance activities, materials used, and any issues reported.
  • Safety Compliance - Adhere to all company safety protocols and ensure that facilities meet local and state building codes.
  • Reporting - Report any identified issues or hazards to the appropriate manager or supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
  • Extremely organized with good communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
