Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Intake Specialist based in Metro Cebu. The Legal Intake Specialist will be responsible for handling client intake processes, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with case intake inquiries. Additionally, the role involves assessing insurance information, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining a high level of professionalism to support legal team operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with clients and teammates
  • Experience in Client Intake and Customer Service processes
  • Familiarity with Insurance claims and related documentation is an advantage
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with office software and case management systems is beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to confidentiality
