We're seeking a Data Governance Manager to head a team of Analysts in Manila, ensuring the accuracy, governance, and compliance of critical operational data across global systems.

This role offers international exposure, leadership responsibility, and the chance to shape data processes that drive business success.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a team of data analysts, driving operational excellence and compliance.
  • Oversee data governance, quality, and change management across multiple platforms.
  • Partner with IT, Operations, and regional teams on integration projects and process improvements.
  • Lead talent development, cross-training, and succession planning to build a resilient, motivated team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on key projects and regulatory initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree
  • With at least 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience managing teams in operations, data, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with databases (Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in finance, operations, or corporate environments preferred.
