Account specific roles and responsibilities

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor and follow up on clinical notes and session conversions that are past due
  • Ensure compliance with internal QA standards and timelines

Back Office Support:

  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Enter data such as therapy schedules and insurance authorizations into Central Reach or similar systems

Credentialing Support:

Contact insurance companies to verify and assist with credentialing processes

Track and maintain credentialing documentation and status updates .

Requirements

  • Prior experience in U.S. healthcare insurance
  • Comfortable using scheduling and authorization platforms (e.g., Central Reach or similar)
  • Strong English comprehension and fluency
  • Willing to work in Buendia, Makati
  • Amenable working night shift
