Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Statistics, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of solid experience in service performance reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and other reporting or automation tools.
• Demonstrated experience in dashboard creation, database management, and business analysis.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Preferred:

• Experience in shared services or global business center environments.
• Familiarity with benchmarking, capacity modeling, and automation in performance reporting.
• Passion for driving continuous improvement and building best-in-class reporting and analytics solutions.

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join our client's Business Reporting Group within the company's Global Business Center. In this role, you will take the lead in executing the Global Business Center's service performance reporting and analytics program, managing KPI catalogs, performance dashboards, and business reports that deliver meaningful insights to leadership and stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance data, develop automation solutions, and drive continuous process improvement. This role is ideal for a data professional with strong analytical and visualization skills, capable of turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Global Business Center service performance metrics, KPI catalogs, dashboards, and benchmarking reports.
• Conduct data-driven analysis and prepare management reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to gather business requirements, validate data, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and recommend process optimization initiatives.
• Streamline and automate reporting processes and data visualization tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
