The Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions. They have a deep understanding of the industry and job requirements they recruit for, and utilize specialized sourcing techniques to effectively match qualified candidates to the defined unique needs of client organizations.

• Work Location: Mandaluyong, hybrid 
• Language(s): Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for stakeholder engagement
• Work Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST; 3rd Shift PH Hours
• Specific Needs:  specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators etc. Experienced in identifying and engaging niche or specialized talent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
• Review large volumes of resumes across multiple platforms to identify qualified candidates efficiently.
• Manage job postings and applications, ensuring timely and professional candidate communication.
• Source and engage candidates through online platforms, social media, and networking, especially for hard-to-fill or niche roles.
• Execute targeted sourcing strategies — including cold calling, email campaigns, and recruitment marketing — to build and maintain talent communities.
• Conduct pre-screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting to hiring teams.
• Evaluate when to shift from resume reviewing to proactive sourcing based on hiring needs and talent market dynamics.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform sourcing strategies.
• Promote the employer brand and highlight career growth opportunities to potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and other sourcing tools.
• Support diversity and inclusion goals by identifying talent from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance sourcing and recruitment efficiency.

Position Requirements:

Education:

• High School diploma required, bachelor's degree in human resources or any related field is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
• Deep understanding of, niche roles and solid sourcing experience a preference in Life Sciences but not required.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within the North American market.
• Skilled in resume screening, sourcing, cold calling, and candidate pre-screening.

• Strong research and market analysis skills
• Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meeting deadlines and handling niche recruitment requirements.
• Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively, finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent.
• Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.
