About the role

HANSEI CORPORATION is seeking a talented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Maragondon Cavite. As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and safety standards of our construction projects. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work on exciting developments while contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control programs to monitor and improve construction processes
  • Conducting regular on-site inspections and testing to identify and address quality issues
  • Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
  • Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related problems
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of quality control activities
  • Providing training and guidance to construction personnel on quality best practices
  • Analysing quality data and generating reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction industry
  • Strong working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Certification as atleast training certificate.
