Job Description
Position Title: Switchboard Draftsperson
Work Set-up: Work From Office
Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 45,000
Schedule: Morning

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

• Ensure all designs comply with AS/NZS 61439 and other relevant standards.

• Maintain and update drawing templates, symbol libraries, and revision records.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, project managers, and workshop supervisors to ensure
technical accuracy and buildability.

• Provide updated drawings for design changes, customer revisions, and site modifications.

• Support handover processes to ensure smooth transition from design to production.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for design clarifications.

• Provide technical support to production teams during manufacturing and testing stages.

• Ensure documentation and drawings are stored and controlled according to IMS and ISO
9001 requirements.

• Assist in audits by ensuring design documentation is compliant and current

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of AS/NZS 61439 and ISO 9001 requirements.

• Engineering diploma or trade background in electrical field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software.

• Strong knowledge of electrical layouts, schematics, and components

• Experience in switchboard or control panel drafting.
