QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably handling Key Accounts in the FMCG industry
• Proficient in basic call procedures, route planning, and sales reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer engagement, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Highly responsible, organized, and adaptable; demonstrates strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Willing to travel and be assigned to areas outside Cagayan de Oro City
• Holder of a valid driver's license
• Must own a motorcycle to ensure mobility and field accessibility
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with shifting priorities
