Growing together. Primary Responsibilities:Actively participate as a member of an agile team within a SAFe Agile environment, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle

Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to design, develop, and deliver clean, efficient, and scalable code that meets business and innovation requirements

Promote and implement best practices in software design and development, ensuring maintainable, reusable, and high-quality code

Provide support and troubleshooting for production environments, swiftly identifying and resolving production issues to ensure system reliability and performance

Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards

Contribute to the refinement and improvement of development processes, enhancing team productivity and product quality

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms and ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience4+ years of web development experience using ASP.NET MVC 4 and above, C#, .NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework1+ years of experience with ReactJS using TypeScriptTechnical Skills:Extensive experience with web services and API security best practices

Solid understanding and practical experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and SOLID PrinciplesProficient in Microsoft SQL Server, including the creation of stored procedures, views, triggers, and indexes

Analytical Skills:Proven ability in analysis, design, and programming

Proven ability to understand complex database structures and perform data manipulation, extraction, and updates

Problem-Solving Skills:Proven quick coding and testing abilities to implement and verify changes efficiently

Proven ability ty to see the broader picture and understand the impact of changes across the entire system

Soft Skills:Proven solid communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Proven to be self-motivated with a solid sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualification:Hands-on experience with GitHub (repository management, Actions, Workflow), Azure DevOps, and understanding of the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) best practices and tools
