ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience working as an Accounting Officer or a similar position in the Accounting Department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Outstanding understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as and when required.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and process payroll.
  • Handles monthly processing and posting of government contributions and remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for all employees.
  • Prepares vouchers and checks for payables and ensures accurate documentation of all disbursements.
  • Prepares and monitors monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) reports for assigned business units.
  • Ensures proper recording and submission of withholding tax (EWT) and issuance of BIR Form 2307 for every payment made.
