SAP Functional Analyst

Job Description:

  • Work with business users to address business process issues and potential enhancements in the business use of SAP.
  • Design, implement and maintain SAP solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct testing of new configurations and customizations prior to implementation
  • Write functional specifications for ABAP development
  • Train end users on how to use new SAP functionality
  • Provide in-depth technical support for SAP issues
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Stay-up-to date on latest SAP technologies and trends
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP with other enterprise systems
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the IT Manager

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder of any 4-year related course
  • At least 5 years of related work experience
  • Functional configuration experience in multiple SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EAM and HCM
  • With experience in designing proper Functional Specifications
  • Have handled Reports, Conversions, Forms and Interfaces through enhancements or from scratch
  • Knowledge in SAP Basis Administration
  • Experience leading teams of business analysts in requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Certification in SAP application (advantage)
  • ABAP programming experience (advantage)
  • Willingness to teach others
  • Strong focus on Solution Quality
