Broadcast Associate

We're looking for a Broadcast Associate to join a dynamic team This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of live and recorded broadcasts for events, esports tournaments, and digital productions. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about bringing engaging content to life across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of broadcast equipment during live or recorded events.
• Coordinate with production, creative, and technical teams to ensure seamless broadcast execution.
• Support pre-production tasks such as script preparation, cue sheets, and equipment checks.
• Help manage livestreams, video assets, and digital content uploads.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support during broadcasts.
• Maintain organized files, footage, and production materials.
• Assist in post-event reporting and content archiving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media, Broadcasting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in broadcast production, livestreaming, or event coverage preferred.
• Familiarity with broadcast software, streaming platforms, and basic audio-visual equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
• Team player with a proactive and can-do attitude.

Work Schedule:

• Onsite reporting
• Monday to Friday, following a compressed workweek setup.
• Employees may start as early as 7:00AM to 5:00PM; or as late as 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary
• HMO
• Leave Credits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
