Your Day-to-Day:
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with their inquiries and requests
  • Solve problems and find solutions that leave customers satisfied
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant details
  • Work with your team to reach shared customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide customers with clear, accurate information about our products or services

What We Need From You:
  • No experience necessary – we're happy to train you
  • Strong communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • A friendly, empathetic attitude and a genuine desire to help people
  • High School, Senior High, College Graduates, or Undergrads are welcome to apply
  • Fresh graduates and newbies encouraged to apply
