Job Description
  • Design, build, and maintain customer-facing Android mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, and Backend teams to deliver features and enhancements.
  • Convert mockups into responsive, high-performance UIs aligned with Material Design standards.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, manage network communication, caching, and error handling.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with banking/finance standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain clean architecture (MVVM/MVP).
  • Write unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Optimize performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide technical insights.
  • Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing.

Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field (Non-negotiable).
  • 3+ years as a Frontend Engineer for Android Development (Non-negotiable).
  • 3+ years of Kotlin and Java experience (Non-negotiable).
  • 3+ years with Android SDK (Non-negotiable).
  • 3+ years with Git/GitHub, Gradle, Android Studio (Non-negotiable).
  • Experience with MVVM/MVP/Clean Architecture (Non-negotiable).
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs, working with JSON, and local storage (Room/SQLite) (Non-negotiable).
  • Strong Android UI/UX and Material Design background (Non-negotiable).
  • Experience writing unit and UI tests (JUnit, Espresso) (Non-negotiable).
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (Non-negotiable).
  • Proven experience building and publishing production Android apps (Non-negotiable).
  • Knowledge of mobile security best practices (encryption, secure storage, permissions) (Non-negotiable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Non-negotiable).
  • Excellent English communication skills (Non-negotiable).
