We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Content Editor who can bring ideas to life across video and design. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in digital marketing, knows how to adapt content for different platforms, and enjoys collaborating with a fast-moving team to deliver engaging, on-brand assets.

Job Description

• Edit and produce videos for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and organic platforms
• Create static graphics, reels, carousels, and other creative assets
• Add captions, overlays, hooks, and end screens to short-form content
• Resize, crop, and format content to meet various platform specifications
• Submit all completed content to the Content Marketing Coordinator for review and client delivery
• Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Coordinator to ensure brand alignment and project priorities
• Update WIP (Work in Progress) trackers to provide visibility of active and completed tasks
• Organize and maintain content libraries with proper naming conventions and file structures
• Assist in preparing content calendars for review and upload
• Help draft basic shot lists or compile footage from creators
• Edit and assemble UGC (user-generated content) into platform-ready ads
• Repurpose single shoots into multiple content variations
• Write simple headlines and overlay ad copy based on provided briefs
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for hooks, offers, and creative angles
• Review all content for brand guideline compliance and formatting accuracy
• Flag low-quality footage or missing assets ahead of deadlines

Qualifications / Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video editing and content creation for digital platforms
• Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Strong graphic design skills with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads content formats and best practices
• Excellent eye for detail, storytelling, and design aesthetics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving trends and platform requirements
