  • Responsible for sourcing materials and services for the company.
  • Identify the potential supplier, and maintain a strong business relationship with them.
  • Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
  • Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards
  • Meet with suppliers when needed
  • Update the supplier database and cost list.
  • Ensure that the supplier adheres to the company policies.
  • Prepares the purchase order.
  • Responsible for the ERP module.
  • Year-end Report (BOM VS PO, PO Variance, Terms of Supplier)
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the received materials are in accordance with the standard.
  • Monitor the purchase order in the canvas sheet and provide feedback to the requestor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
