About the role

As the Electrical Engineer at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE', you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the electrical systems and infrastructure of our operations in Tarlac, Central Luzon. This is a full-time position that will require you to apply your expertise in electrical/electronic engineering to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our facilities.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to support our operations
2. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues to minimise downtime and maximise productivity
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to our electrical infrastructure
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
5. Providing technical guidance and support to other departments as needed
6. Participating in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
7. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to electrical systems and projects

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an electrical engineering role, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
4. Proficiency in interpreting and applying electrical codes and safety regulations
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve electrical issues
6. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
