The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging with the sales team to help achieve revenue targets by providing technical support. They will provide customer support to Travel Agencies, Corporate Customers, and internal stakeholders, handling reservations, ticketing, refunds, ACMs queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities:Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales operations functions, ensuring alignment with QR's global sales principles. Maintain customer databases and provide value-added support to trade customers, QR sellers, and internal stakeholders. Prepare DSRs and liaise with Finance for sales reconciliation.

Support contracted Corporate accounts through regular communication about customer offerings and product updates. Handle multi-products and services as required. Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Manage sales activities including reservations, ticketing, refunds, trade/corporate support, group sales, and sales systems. Issue and re-issue tickets as needed. Join

Experience in reservations, ticketing, sales support, group sales, tariffs, and distribution. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Good knowledge of airline processes, systems (e.g., Amadeus, GDS), and the travel industry. Problem-solving skills and an efficiency-oriented mindset. Legal rights to live and work in the Philippines are required to be considered for this role.
