Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for both voice and non-voice accounts. The role involves assisting customers through calls, emails, chat, or messaging while ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. Open to all applicants—no experience required; training provided.


Key Responsibilities
Voice Account
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in real time.
  • Follow call scripts and quality guidelines.
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team.
Non-Voice Account
  • Manage customer interactions via email, chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Provide clear, accurate written responses to inquiries.
  • Process orders, service requests, or account updates.
  • Maintain detailed and organized documentation of interactions.
  • Ensure fast and effective resolution of customer concerns.

General Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Meet performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and response time.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
  • Adhere to company policies and communication standards.

Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent (any degree is a bonus).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal for voice, written for non-voice).
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • No experience needed—freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills
  • Previous BPO/CSR experience.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
