Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to help grow our brand presence through influencer partnerships, social content creation, and most importantly, expansion of our Loyalty Card program. This role will be instrumental in driving customer engagement and improving brand retention both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Management & PR
  • Identify and manage influencer and content creator partnerships
  • Coordinate product seeding, giveaways, and paid collaborations
  • Monitor influencer KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions)
  • Draft campaign briefs, PR kits, and recap reports
  • Loyalty Card Program Expansion
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase loyalty card sign-ups across all sales channels
  • Collaborate with store teams and retail leads to boost program visibility
  • Plan activations, promos, or referral incentives to attract members
  • Track performance of loyalty sign-ups and active member retention
  • Coordinate SMS blasts or in-store promotional materials related to the program
  • Content Creation & Campaign Support
  • Ideate and execute marketing content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to produce branded visuals
  • Write captions, scripts, and promotional copy in line with brand tone
  • Support campaign rollouts, both digital and in-store

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, or any related course
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant marketing or PR experience
  • Strong interest in lifestyle, tech, or youth-driven brands
  • Excellent communication and campaign coordination skills
  • Willing to visit stores and manage on-ground executions if needed

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of influencer trends and platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Familiar with Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Comfortable handling CRM tools, Google Sheets, and social media tools
  • Creative thinker with campaign and activation planning experience
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
