JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our ServiceNow instances. The role focuses on platform configuration, system administration, user support, and ongoing enhancement of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances including user roles, permissions, and access control.

·       Perform regular system health checks, upgrades, and patch management.

·       Ensure platform security, compliance, and governance standards are met.

·       Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high system availability.

·       Configure and maintain ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).

·       Implement updates, workflows, notifications, and SLA definitions.

·       Support workflow automation and ServiceNow forms, reports, and dashboards.

·       Assist with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub as needed.

·       Provide end-user support and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow platform.

·       Prepare user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials.

·       Assist teams with adoption of platform features and best practices.

·       Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and optimizations.

·       Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and implementation of new modules.

·       Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business stakeholders to implement enhancements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


• –6 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.


• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request Management).


• Experience managing user roles, groups, and access control.


• Knowledge of workflow, notifications, SLAs, and reporting.


• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, instance cloning, and patch management.


• Familiarity with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server is a plus.


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

CERTIFICATIONS (PREFERRED)


• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required or in progress.


• Implementation Specialist certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) – a plus.

SOFT SKILLS


• Strong analytical and organizational skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Good communication skills for interacting with users, developers, and stakeholders.


• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
