As a Functional Consultant, your role responsibilities will be to:

• Role Reports To Managing Consultant
• Assist in preparing for requirements Gathering workshops and

document outcomes/actions

• Comply to design standards, perform unit testing, and actively

manage assigned tasks to ensure quality completion by or

before their due dates

• Complete mandatory training and maintain certification level

Participate in DXC Technology added value activities outside

regular client work

• Identify and raise potential risks
• Assist in the creation and be able to interpret Process Maps
• Write user stories utilizing behavior-driven development (BDD)
• Configure Salesforce components as documented

Mandatory Skills Description

• Manages the execution of business process improvements.
• Analyses and designs business processes to identify alternative solutions to improve efficiency, and effectiveness and exploit new technologies and automation.
• Develops graphical models of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision-making. Assesses the feasibility of business process changes and recommends alternative approaches.
• Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity. Contributes to selecting the requirements approach.
