Liberty Trading and General Services Corporation is a private company founded on October 15, 2014. It specializes in preventive maintenance services, including kitchen exhaust systems (IKECA standards), mechanical and chemical de-clogging, as well as civil, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design, installation, maintenance, repairs, and fabrication. Focused on facility and infrastructure upkeep—everything from kitchen exhaust cleaning, system checks, and clog removal to larger-scale mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural projects.
PLUMBER Requirements/Qualifications:
- Age must be
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Preferably with NCII Certificate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willing to relocate or commute
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and associated fixtures (toilets, sinks, faucets, etc.).
- Interpret and read blueprints, building plans, and specifications to map out pipe layouts.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues using pressure gauges or leak detection equipment.
- Collaborate with construction teams, engineers, and other tradespeople on installation projects.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work complies with Philippine plumbing codes and standards.
- Respond to plumbing emergencies during or after business hours as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Advise clients on plumbing system upgrades, repairs, and best practices for maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
