What are we looking for?

We are seeking a specialized Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in the Digital Experience Platform to join our digital experience team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, high-performance content management systems, e-commerce solutions, and digital experimentation platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through modern web technologies and cloud-native architectures.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in full stack development using .NET/C#, , T-SQL, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Any .NET CMS experience (e.g., Umbraco, Sitecore, Kentico, Sitefinity, DNN)
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
  • Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL for system integration and content delivery
  • Familiarity with Vite and modern build tools
  • Experience working in agile/scrum environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Optimizely CMS and Commerce: Content modeling, personalization, catalog management, and checkout processes
  • Digital Experimentation: A/B testing, feature flags, and personalization strategies
  • Headless CMS: Experience with Optimizely Content Graph or similar
  • Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP for hosting and scaling
  • Security & Performance: CSP configuration, CDN implementation, and global content delivery

What will you do?

Project Delivery

  • Support digital transformation and customer experience initiatives.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and provide regular project updates.
  • Use modern project management and version control tools.
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping and reporting.

Software Development & Support

  • Develop and maintain Optimizely CMS and Commerce implementations.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for CMS platforms and integrations.
  • Write clean, maintainable code using .NET, , T-SQL, and C#.
  • Design scalable applications within the Optimizely ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with vendors for advanced technical support.
  • Ensure platform stability and performance.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-specific issues.
  • Support automated testing frameworks.

Documentation

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and system design guides.
  • Develop troubleshooting resources for internal and external stakeholders
