Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resort Engineer located in El Nido. The Resort Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all resort facilities, including electrical, plumbing, sewage treatment, desalination, power generation, and HVAC systems. Tasks will include performing regular inspections, ensuring standards compliance, responding to maintenance requests, and coordinating with external contractors when necessary. The role also involves managing preventive maintenance schedules and addressing any technical issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Generator Sets, Sewage Treatment, Desalination, HVAC systems, and Building Maintenance
• Skills in Technical Troubleshooting, Problem-solving, and Preventive Maintenance
• Ability to manage Maintenance Scheduling and Coordination with external contractors
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant technical certifications including experience as a Pollution Control Officer.

• Experience in the hospitality or resort industry is an advantage
